What an experience it was! 🤯

Sometimes I write a little bit. And yesterday I put up a pretty damn long text what was on my mind and I was about to post it, but... Hmm.. You know, I often think of writing a little inspirational quote, maybe uploading a few pictures for no reason or with some kind of meaning. I had this idea, maybe a dream to create a safe space for everyone and write about mental health and how important it is and to encourage to take take a deeper look into it. And I wrote a lot. I invested a lot into it. But then somehow I fell out of it. Not the idea itself but I felt that I can't keep up in some way. I wish I could simply explain what happened, but I can't. There is no simple explanation. It's very complex. A total mess. I did not post yesterday either. But just a few moments ago while sipping my gorgeous hot cup of coffee I had an 'aha!' moment. I absolutely gaslighted myself. I don't remember when it started but as long as I remember I never cared for myself, never showed kindness, never showed compassion or understanding. Even yesterday when I scrawled such a deep text about my inner state I kept thinking 'this is just a phase, it will go away, keep it for yourself'. Whaaat? No No No! It is not a phase. It is real. The feelings are real, the thoughts are real. And whatever it is, it is real. Where did I got this mindset that my inner experiences doesn't matter, I have no idea, but I've noticed it! For the first time!!! I think I can call it a step forward. A step that I thought will never ever come into my life (hello feelings of being unworthy/not good enough). Slowly slowly but therapy does wonders. And I'm pretty impressed about it. Happy Sunday y'all.
